Ezra Sosa is a professional dancer best known for his work on Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance.
Sosa began dancing at a young age in his hometown of Provo, Utah. He is a three-time Brigham Young University national Pre-Teen Latin Champion. In addition to competitive dancing, Sosa also performed as a background dancer in music videos and TV shows including, Dear Dumb Diary, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and more. He competed on season 16 of SYTYCD in 2019, making the Top 20 with his sister, Stephanie.
He initially appeared on DWTS during season 30 in 2021 but did not have a partner. The following season, Sosa joined the series’ troupe. He stepped in to dance with Charity Lawson during season 32 after her partner, Artem Chigvintsev, was diagnosed with COVID. Sosa officially competed as a pro for the first time on season 33 in 2024, paired with Anna Delvey.

Ezra Sosa was born to Enrique and Lucrecia Sosa in the United States on November 15, 2000. He has two siblings: Stephanie Sosa, a dancer, and Tristan Sosa.
Career
Ezra Sosa’s dance journey began at just two years old, and his talent quickly earned him recognition on national platforms like America’s Got Talent, and So You Think You Can Dance, where he made it to the Top 10 alongside his sister.
He joined Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) in 2021 as a troupe member, eventually earning a promotion to professional dancer for Season 33. His appearance marked a significant milestone, as he became the first Latinx queer professional dancer on the show in over a decade.
