Island Boys is a duo of twin brothers Alex and Franky  in Florida, United States. The dual brothers lost their father because of a coronary heart attack when they were quite young. After the release of their TikTok video, both the brothers have become TikTok superstars. The number of their followers on TikTok increased drastically after the viral video.
