Jody Glidden is a serial entrepreneur and an innovator in the field of generative AI, which uses machine learning to create engaging and personalized content for enterprises.

Early life 

Jody Glidden was born in September 1973 in Fredericton, Canada. As a child, he engaged in various business ventures, including selling hockey cards and creating software that won a science fair. He attended the University of New Brunswick, where he initially pursued a degree in computer science. After two years, he left the program to focus on his entrepreneurial ambitions but later returned to complete his studies. Glidden then graduated from Harvard University with his Master's Degree in Management Information Systems.

Business ventures 

Jody co-founded icGlobal, which became the world's first language-independent scalable learning community. The startup was profitable within two years and was sold to Smartforce (now Skillsoft) during the dot-com bubble burst. After returning to school to complete his BBA in 2006, Jody joined Chalk Media, Canada's largest e-learning company. He started in an entry-level sales position but quickly ascended to VP of Strategy and COO roles. Under his leadership, Chalk Media shifted focus to software and was acquired by BlackBerry (then Research in Motion) within nine months. In 2012, Jody Glidden co-founded Introhive, recognising organisations' challenges in maintaining up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
