Steven Assanti is a Reality television personality who weighed more than 730 pound while filming TLC's My 600-lb Life. Though his weight ballooned to 750 pounds after the show, he eventually underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost a significant amount of weight.

Steven created his channel on May 7, 2009 where he uploaded a variety of content. His most infamous being him dancing to pop music from Lady Gaga, Rebecca Black, The Black Eyed Peas, etc. Some he directly lifts while with others he’ll rewrite the lyrics, most are jokingly about his weight. He would also post videos in which Steven talks about various subjects, including pop stars, his haters, personal stories, and more.

His brother Justin also appeared on My 600-lb Life. He and his brother had a troubled childhood, being raised by an alcoholic mother who separated from their father when they were children.
