Tammy Slaton is a reality television personality who rose to fame after appearing on TLC's weight-loss series 1000-LB Sisters. At the start of the program she weighed more than 600 pounds.

She was featured in a 2019 article published by People magazine. 

She appeared on 1000-LB Sisters alongside her sister Amy Slaton. She has a brother named Chris Combs who also appears on the show. She was married to Caleb Willingham until he passed away in 2023.
