Born on August 10, 1999, in Kryshtopivka, Cherkasy, Central Ukraine, Vladimir Shmondenko spent his formative years in a village with limited access to the internet. The lack of online services until 2014 didn’t deter him from pursuing his passion for fitness. At the age of 14, he gained internet access, discovering American bodybuilders and bloggers, which ignited his ambition to become a blogger himself.
